 Provision for Consultancy Services to carry out a Salary Review Exercise

Procurement No: SC/SRFP27-SIA/07-20/04

 

  1. Invitation of Bid

The State Informatics Limited is inviting sealed bids from eligible, qualified and experienced firms for Provision of Consultancy Services to carry out a Salary Review Exercise in accordance with the Terms of Reference, Scope of Services and other requirements as set out in the Bidding Document.

  1. Eligibility

The Bid is open to firms having experience in the Provision of Consultancy Services to carry out a Salary Review Exercise as described in the Bidding Document.

  1. Scope of Services

The purpose of this assignment is to conduct a Salary Review Exercise in accordance to the Terms of Reference details as specified in the bidding document

  1. Deliverables

The deliverables of the assignment are defined the terms of reference.

  1. Consultation of Bidding Documents

Bidders willing to participate in this exercise are requested to download the tender document on the link below.  Bidders may also request the tender document via email at [email protected].  and tender document will be sent to the supplier by mail.

  1. Submission of Bids

 The proposals from the Consultants shall be submitted in two separate files in pdf format, viz., Technical and Financial, and should follow the form given in the “Supplementary Information for Consultants”.

Bids must be submitted by email at [email protected] in accordance with the Instructions to bidders and must be password protected and subject line of the email should be “Provision for Consultancy Services to carry out a Salary Review Exercise- SC/SRFP27-SIA/07-20/04”.

The passwords of the Technical and Financial proposal documents must be submitted by email at [email protected] on the next day following the closure of the tender exercise.

The tender closure date is the 26 January 2022.  Bids received after the closure date will not be considered.

 

The State Informatics Limited does not bind itself to accept any offer nor will it assign any reason for the rejection thereof.
